Senri Ethnological Reports (SER)

or browse
The purpose of Senri Ethnological Reports is to support rapid reporting of individual, inter-university, and core research projects. The journal includes multiple- and single-author reports on specific ethnic groups, regions and themes, collection records, and raw field data. Any language can be used, and the series is irregular (usually about six issues per year). All contributions are reviewed by a museum editorial committee.

For each article published copyright belongs to the author. However, the Museum receives the right to place the published work into a database that is open to the public through the National Museum of Ethnology Academic Information Repository (MINPAKU Repository). In each case, the Museum will indicate the name of the individual copyright holder. If any part is not suited to such release, please notify to facilitate exclusion of that part to the Committee for Research Publication at the time of first submission.
